Return/Exchange Policy

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at
  2. Include your name and invoice number (if applicable)
  3. List the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason for the return/exchange
  4. A representative will contact you with further instructions

All eligible item(s) must be returned/exchanged with-in 30 days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return/exchange, all items must be in new condition, unwashed as well as free of odor, pet hair and/or signs of wear.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Swimwear
  • Bralettes
  • Items from the sale (clearance) category
  • Accessories (hats, jewelry, scarves and handbags)

Free Returns are offered for a store credit only: 

  • Store credit does not expire and will be issued in the form of a gift card
  • All others will be subject to a fee for original cost of shipping
  • Exchanges will be subject to a fee based on shipping costs



  • Upon receiving returned/exchanged item(s), a representative will contact you via email with confirmation of the item(s) receipt and provide a refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in approximately 5-7 business days.


Late or missing refunds: 

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7-10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company. 
  • If you have already done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and will attempt to assist you further.

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please provide proof of shipping with a tracking number when available
